ChillOut Carnival Day is Sunday 11 March 2018, on the Labour Day long weekend. 

This is ChillOut’s biggest event!

Previous years have seen over 27,000 people attending the festival and many of those joined in the fun of Carnival Day where we had more than 4,000 visitors. It’s a day with a carnival atmosphere; a main stage of quality entertainment, activities for families and children, a great range of stalls, and a few surprises. It’s a fantastic place to show your wares and meet our visitors.

Here we have included details, pricing and participation requirements for stalls at Carnival Day. We want to make your participation as affordable as possible while keeping in mind the considerable costs to ChillOut to host this event. 

We have a limited number of available stalls and applications will be assessed according to our site plan and expectations of our visitors. We are committed to delivering a great variety of appropriate stalls. 

Stall sites are now being assigned – please don’t delay sending your application to us. In addition, if you are not already, we are also happy to discuss how your business can become an official Supporter of ChillOut.

Application forms should be submitted as early as possible, and no later than 13 February 2017.

Agreement *
Applications will only be considered once all supporting documents have been received. ChillOut will then contact you to advise you have been accepted. Final approval will be granted only on receipt of full payment.
