The Roz Moynihan Worthy Cause Lavish Lunch
The ChillOut Committee invites you to be a part of our 21st year celebrations with a sophisticated fine dining experience in the exquisite Edwardian Heritage dining room of the beautiful historic Bellinzona in Hepburn.
The lunch will begin with welcome drinks and canapes served in the newly-opened wine hub, ‘Tastings’, followed by a multi course lunch designed by the Bellinzona chef.
Grilled tiger prawns with freshly shaved coconut & herb salad, drizzled with Thai peanut curry dressing - OR
Caramel torched pork belly with appleslaw, Candied walnuts & finished with a maple glaze
Eye fillet of beef with roasted Congo potato, sautéed silver beet, green beans, and asparagus topped with king prawn, scallop & creamy garlic sauce - OR
Grilled chicken breast with roasted butternut pumpkin, green beans, broccolini topped with crispy prosciutto & finished with rosemary jus
Creamy passionfruit semi-freddo finished with passionfruit glaze & fresh blue berries - OR
Coconut panna cotta with mango & strawberry salsa
The afternoon will be filled with entertainment by the amazing Aurora MacKrill - or is that Liza with a 'Z'??
And of course, fabulous AUCTION ITEMS kindly donated by local and regional businesses. Proceeds go to this year’s worthy cause recipient, our very own local Daylesford State Emergency Services (SES) Unit.
The SES is always there when you need it (literally 24/7/365) so this is a great opportunity to give something back to this essential organisation.
The Daylesford SES Unit has 23 members, and is always looking for more volunteers to come on board. Can you see yourself in orange?
