CHILLOUT CARNIVAL STALLS!

ChillOut Carnival day is Sunday 10th March 2019  and runs from 11am - 7pm

This is ChillOut’s biggest event over the long weekend, with up to 5,000 attendees on the day! It’s a day with a carnival atmosphere and a highly engaged audience; a main stage of quality entertainment, activities for families and children, a great range of stalls and a few surprises for all! It’s a fantastic place to show your wares and meet our amazing festival visitors.

Here we have included details, pricing and participation requirements for stalls for Carnival day. We want to make your participation as affordable as possible, while keeping in mind the considerable costs to ChillOut, to host this event. 

We have a limited number of available stalls and applications will be assessed, according to our site plan and expectations of our visitors. We are committed to delivering a great variety of appropriate stalls. 

In addition, if you are not already, we are also happy to discuss how your business can become an official Supporter of ChillOut and receive the added benefits of stall promotion during the event.

Key Registration Dates
General Registrations Close: 5pm, 1 February 2019
Public Liability Insurance Due: 5pm, 1 February 2019
Stallholder Information Pack Released: End of February 2019 

Application forms should be submitted as early as possible, and no later than 1 February 2019. Don't miss out!

NB: "ChillOut caps the number of Food Vendor's to be relevant to the festival size. As such registrations for Food Vendors will be closed once the numbers and mix of food types have been meet. Register early so as not to miss out

Food vendors from outside the Hepburn Shire - have you submitted a Statement of Trade form to the Hepburn Shire Council?
Forms must be submitted before 13 January, 2019
Agreement *
Applications will only be considered once all supporting documents have been received. ChillOut will then contact you to advise you have been accepted. Final approval will be granted only on receipt of full payment.

All Stallholders will receive:
1x 3m x 3m marquee space
Note: no discount for BYO Marquee
with 1x 1.8 m trestle table
2x plastic chairs
2x gate passes
1x single car pass
